About CivicPoint Sourcing

CivicPoint Sourcing is an independent sourcing partner for business buyers who want factory quotations on steel warehouses, workshops and hangars. The service coordinates questions and paperwork. It does not own a fabricating plant, and it is not a stand-in for the brand a buyer typed into search.

A buyer’s sequence, not a company timeline

The marks below are steps in one inquiry. They are not founding dates, factory counts or completed project totals. CivicPoint Sourcing has no published archive of those figures.

01

Brief

The buyer names the use, size, location and the scope that should be priced. Missing loads are marked as open rather than invented.

02

Match

The desk looks for factories that can quote that class of building. A match is a request, not a statement that the plant has been audited by this site.

03

Compare

Returned offers are lined up on frame, enclosure, freight, erection and exclusions. Different scopes stay in different columns.

04

Decide

The buyer chooses whether to continue, to revise the brief, or to stop. Design approval and the contract stay with the buyer and the supplier.

What this desk will and will not do

Write the comparison sheet

Turn a narrative into fields a factory can answer: span, height, doors, loads and destination.

Ask for the same scope

Tell each supplier whether the request is shell, delivered, installed or a wider turnkey list.

Collect documents

Request drawings and load statements that name the quoted system. A general brochure is not a substitute.

Flag exclusions

Point out silence on foundation design, utilities, permits and crane time so the totals are not mixed.

Leave the stamp to others

Engineering seals, inspections and code approval belong to licensed parties in the project jurisdiction.

Stay unnamed as the brand

Reference brands stay in the buyer’s notes. They do not become the name on this logo or this domain.

Start with the six-field brief

If you already know the building use and the destination, send them. Open items can be labeled as open. CivicPoint Sourcing will not fill gaps with another company’s published claims.
