CivicPoint Sourcing terms of service
These terms govern use of the CivicPoint Sourcing website and the inquiry form. They describe an independent sourcing desk. They do not create a construction contract, a dealership, or a supply agreement for any named brand.
Who the site is for
The pages are written for business buyers comparing steel warehouses, workshops and hangars. A search phrase that names another company is treated as the buyer’s reference. CivicPoint Sourcing does not claim that company’s identity, products, offices, photographs, prices or credentials.
What an inquiry does
Submitting the form asks the desk to read a project description and, where the description is usable, to request quotations from alternative factories. The form is not an order. A budget, a currency and a supplier preference are optional notes. They are not a verified rating of any factory and they are not a promise that a price will match the budget.
Quotations, if returned, belong to the suppliers who issue them. Scope labels such as shell, delivered, installed and turnkey mean only what the supplier’s own document says. CivicPoint Sourcing may point out missing lines. It does not warrant that a supplier included every site cost.
Information on these pages
Explanations of frames, loads, codes and quote scopes are general procurement notes. They are not engineering advice and not a code determination. IBC, IRC, HUD Code, ASCE 7, AISC 360, AWS D1.1, IAS AC472 and ISO 9001 are named only as documents a project team may need to request or to distinguish. The site does not assert that it, or any unnamed factory, holds those credentials.
Catalog names are inquiry options. An empty image is not a photo of stock. Nothing on the site is a representation of quantity on hand, a factory audit, or compatibility with a third-party brand’s system.
Buyer responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the use, dimensions, location, loads and scope you submit. You are responsible for decisions about design, permitting, contracting and payment. Licensed professionals in the project jurisdiction remain responsible for stamped design and code compliance. Do not send confidential drawings unless you have the right to share them with potential suppliers.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to impersonate another business, to scrape content for a misleading page, or to present CivicPoint Sourcing as an official channel of a referenced brand. Do not submit unlawful content. The desk may decline an inquiry that lacks a real project description or that asks the desk to pretend to be another company.
Limitation
The website is provided as an information and inquiry tool. To the extent the law allows, CivicPoint Sourcing is not liable for supplier performance, freight, site conditions, permit outcomes, or differences between a published explanation and a later quotation. A sourcing-support note on the site, including any figure of up to 3 percent, applies only under the eligibility sentence shown with that note. It is not a term of these conditions by itself and it is not a fixed reduction.
Changes
These terms may be updated by posting a revised page. Continued use of the inquiry form after a revision means you have read the revised page. Questions about the terms can be sent through the contact form, which is the published communication path.
